Myonex is seeking a Project Manager, Packaging and Distribution (m,f,x) to join our team in Berlin. If you a motivated person with some experience in the field of Packaging and Distribution, we want to hear from you!

Since 2022, Myonex Berlin is our Germany facility. With a long-standing experience in primary/secondary packaging and small batch-size IMP manufacturing capabilities, the Berlin facility brings expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.

As our reach stretches further around the world, we are looking for a new Project Manager, Packaging and Distribution to join the team.

About the Role:

Project-related organization of all activities necessary to provide products for clinical trials Responsible for budget compliance and invoicing of services rendered Timely execution of assigned projects, in accordance with the planned budget and GxP-relevant specification Client communication, including organizing meetings, obtaining client approvals etc.

About the Candidate:

Pharmaceutical knowledge, preferably as a Pharmacist or from similar background Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and development Excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects and tasks Excellent German and English language skills (either a native speaker or C1 or upper level) Good knowledge of ERP system and planning software.

Über die Rolle:

Projektbezogene Organisation aller Aktivitäten zur Bereitstellung von Produkten für klinische Studien Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des Budgets und die Abrechnung der erbrachten Leistungen Termingerechte Umsetzung der zugewiesenen Projekte im Rahmen des geplanten Budgets und unter Einhaltung GxP-relevanter Vorgaben Kundenkommunikation, einschließlich Organisation von Meetings, Einholung von Kundenfreigaben usw.

Ihr Profil:

Pharmazeutische Kenntnisse, idealerweise als Apothekerin oder mit vergleichbarem Hintergrund
Kenntnisse in der pharmazeutischen Herstellung und Entwicklung Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten zur Steuerung komplexer Projekte und Aufgaben Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Muttersprache oder mindestens C1-Niveau) Gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und Planungssoftware
