PROJECTMANAGER (m/f/d)

Our Expectations:

Completed technical degree or comparable qualification Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial or medical technology environment In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with interdisciplinary and international teams Very good English skills

Your Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects Defining goals, milestones, resources, and budgets in consultation with management and specialist departments Leading interdisciplinary project teams without disciplinary responsibility Management of technical and organizational communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on site and worldwide Coordination with purchasing/ sourcing for inquiries about new/modified components (costs, feasibility, delivery times) Moderating project meetings, reviews, and decision-making rounds; ensuring transparent communication and clear decisions Integrating regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements into the project process in close coordination with development and quality assurance Early detection and assessment of project risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures Close cooperation with sales and product management in the evaluation of customer requirements, variants, and NREs Ensuring smooth project completion, including lessons learned and handover to series production or service
