Job Description

. Full lifecycle project management in event technology

. Preparing offers, including commercial calculations

. Leading client negotiations and providing technical consulting

. On-site client support and live project execution

. Team staffing and leadership for assigned projects

. Material planning in collaboration with technical teams

. Coordination with tools like EasyJob and optionally Vectorworks

Requirements

Must-Have

? 5+ years of project management experience

? Technical know-how in event technology (light, sound)

? Experience managing complex projects A–Z

? Strong team player with leadership capabilities

? Stress-resistant and flexible (time and location)

? Software: confident in MS Office, experience with EasyJob

Fluent German (C1) and English (C1)

Nice-to-Have

? Experience with Vectorworks

? Background in motorsport or live event production

? Previous leadership in high-pressure event settings

Team Structure

? Reports to: Project Management Lead

? Works closely with technical teams, clients, and commercial teams

? Will lead assigned project teams on a per-project basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 48.000,00€ - 75.000,00€ per year
