A strong candidate will have:

5+ years of project management experience, preferably with large-scale products

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies Experience with Jira, Gantt charts, Miro, and project documentation Strong project planning abilities (budgets for large-scale projectsscope, timeline, resources, risk management) Business analysis fundamentals and effort estimation skills

Leadership & Communication:

Proven leadership skills with proactive approach Excellent client expectation management Strong facilitation and meeting management capabilities Diplomatic communication style with high stress tolerance Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach

Project Management Core:

Experience managing cross-functional teams (dev, QA, design, business) Process management from planning to delivery Task management and team coordination Time management and prioritization skills Status reporting, roadmap planning, and retrospective facilitatio

Your responsibilities would include:

Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation for client implementations Conduct regular client calls to discuss project status, changes, and expectations Facilitate project meetings and ensure team task completion Handle change management and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycle Maintain process transparency and keep project documentation up-to-date
