About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Project Manager
to join our Delivery team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions to corporate clients across the DACH region and beyond. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of project delivery — from planning and kickoff to go-live and handover
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
Coordinate with internal teams, including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Technical Consultants
Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Ensure adherence to Corporater’s project governance framework and methodology
Track and ensure project financial and profitability objectives
Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear reporting for all stakeholders
Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with project goals and schedules
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless implementation experience
Support pre-sales and scoping activities as needed, including effort estimation and resource planning
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
8–10 years of experience managing enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects
Proven track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Solid client engagement and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business value
Strong planning and organizational skills, including time management and milestone tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional English and German language skills required)
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
Familiarity with GRC, BPM, or performance management solutions is a plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the DACH region and/or managing distributed teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge conventional approaches
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Willingness to work flexibly to align with global teams when required
Experience with GRC platforms such as Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar
