A job that inspires

In this role, you will leverage your strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience in both Finance and IT project leadership to make digital change happen at E.ON\'s Finance organisation. In Finance Digital, you will be working with a senior team of highly skilled professionals from Finance departments (focus on Controlling, Accounting, Business Services, Tax) as well as Digital Technology/ IT to drive projects along our enablers People & Culture, Data & Insights, Processes & Systems. You will be responsible for the following range of activities along the project lifecycle:

Trend scouting and innovation management of digitalisation trends relevant for the CFO area

You engage and manage our digital funnel to achieve transparency, prioritization and synergies of digitalization activities on group and unit level

Lead and execute proof of concepts and projects based on functional Leadership roles

You cultivate strong relationships with other transformation teams, IT, Finance Services, Business Support as well as our digital bridgehead network for digitalization matters

Communicate complex digitalization insights in a clear and concise manner for CFO management and to support strategic and financial decision-making

Be an active and motivating driver for change

Ihr Profil

A convincing background

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar fields

You have a minimum of five years experience in a Finance function or big consulting firm with focus on CFO advisory

You have a track record in identifying and implementing top- and/or bottom-line improving digital initiatives in Finance

You are experienced in working in cross-functional and international teams in dynamic environments (e.g., project work or similar)

Your mindset is creative, strongly organizational and digital, with the ability to identify and derive recommendations for value-adding initiatives

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate on top management level

Your way of working is proactive and you are willing to rethink current processes and explore new paths with a strong can-do attitude

You are an outstanding team player with the ability to build trusted and sustainable relationships in the wider E.ON group

Fluent in English, German is a plus
