You’ll make an impact by

Co-leading complex workforce transformations, from setup and contracting to definition of hiring, learning and retention measures, based on diagnostic methodologies such as #NextWork Acting as expert partner for P&O and business teams and empowering them to deliver, with a strong focus on enablement to build transformation capabilities across the organization Acting as a role model for data-driven working across the organization, e.g., by synthesizing business plan-ning data, internal workforce data and labor market trends and translating insights into actionable measures Collaborating across functions, working closely with expert teams, e.g., learning and organizational devel-opment to use the power of our ecosystem Owning the #NextWork toolbox and methodology, incl. continuous feedback collection, simplification, regu-lar updates, and creation of new modules based on the needs of our businesses and our project takeaways Adapting the #NextWork toolbox to the context of ONE Tech Company, incl. integration of AI, horizontal re-use of contents and further adaptations based on the P&O strategy

Youu’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

Education

+ Master´s degree in business, psychology or a related field

Experience & Skills

+ Advanced consulting skills and a proven long-term track record of transformation projects, with a focus on workforce transformation in cross-functional teams + A solid business acumen based on significant experience in Siemens-relevant industries
+ Data-driven working, knowing how to turn data into actionable insights with a clear value
+ Ability to develop and adapt transformation approaches to address specific business needs with a focus on people and organization topics
+ A comprehensive understanding of global P&O setups and strategies, enabling you to think end-to-end, connect the dots and embed solutions into existing structures and offerings
