ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager, the candidate will lead a variety of initiatives that meet the needs of our customer base. In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, this role will be fully dedicated to supporting the mission of creating a unified operational model between SITA and IPS teams—particularly across cross-product platforms such as
Bagdrop, Gate Control, and CUSS
.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role offers a range of responsibilities and possibilities:
Transformation Leadership
: Drive the planning and execution of integration efforts between SITA and IPS teams, ensuring alignment across cross-functional products.
Strategic Collaboration
: Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to define and implement a unified support model for shared platforms.
Project Lifecycle Management
: Manage projects from inception through closure, including change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
Customer-Centric Delivery
: Proactively engage with internal and external teams to ensure project goals are met with satisfaction.
Project Administration
: Document project activities clearly and accurately, including communications plans, resource plans, status reports, change requests, risk tracking, and Steering Committee updates.
Service Management Expertise
: Apply deep knowledge of service management principles to ensure smooth transition planning and operational readiness.
Qualifications:
