CES Consulting Engineers Salzgitter GmbH is an independent consulting engineering company with worldwide experience based in Braunschweig, Germany. CES offers solutions to complex multidisciplinary engineering tasks for all civil engineering and related sectors. CES renders services ranging from preliminary investigations to construction supervision and cost controlling, training of the clients\' staff, advisory services in the operation and maintenance of installations, as well as the organization and strengthening of public authorities and institutions. CES works mainly in the field of development cooperation and implements infrastructure projects for national high-end clients (ministries and line authorities) funded by international donors.

International Project Manager (Design & Tendering)(Civil Eng./ or equivalent) (f/m/d), BIH No. 2019

PROJECT
The objective of this new wastewater collection and treatment project is to ensure the disposal and treatment of municipal wastewater of the City of Gradiška in an environmentally sound and hygienic manner at affordable costs. The desired impact of this project is to contribute to the protection of the environment, specifically of the Sava River in and downstream of Gradiška and to the improvement of the hygienic situation of the population in Gradiška.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- University degree (MSc. or higher) in water resources management, hydraulics, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, hydro engineering, civil or environmental engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years professional experience in wastewater engineering.
- Deep knowledge of FIDIC (Pink Book/ Yellow Book, etc.) conditions of contracts.
- Development Cooperation experience outside the home region in foreign countries during the majority of the professional work.
- Project management for at least five (5) projects of similar nature in preparation of detailed design and tender documents for design of wastewater systems, including Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- Sound experience in project management of a team composed of international and local experts. Regional experience would be an asset.
- Fluently in English.
CES works mainly in the field of development cooperation and implements infrastructure projects for high-level national clients (ministries and competent authorities) financed by international organizations.
