Our requirements:Completed studies in the field of Facility Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
Good all-rounder knowledge regarding technical issues as well as different trades
First points of contact for facility and project management as well as ideally knowledge of construction, planning and/or contract law (VOB, HOAI etc. )
Very good knowledge in the application of industry standard software (MS Office & beyond e. g. MS Project, AVA, CAD or CAFM programs)
A structured and organizational approach with an affinity for administrative activities
At the same time a good communication ability both internally and externally
Your tasks:Support in the management of projects and processes in the area of different construction and renovation projects (existing and new buildings)
Cooperation & coordination with the project participants (management, specialist departments, controlling, purchasing)
Optimization and guarantee of the implementation of defined standards in construction project management
Examination of the content and preparation of decision templates with regard to costs, deadlines, award, quality, acceptance and documentation
Participation and evaluation of feasibility studies and economic feasibility studies in subprojects
Preparation of presentations and status reports
Provision & continuous further development of the technical specifications for facility management (procedure instructions, manuals, checklists, databases)
