The SI Sustainability Team reports to the Siemens SI CEO and to the Global Siemens Head of Sustainability. The team has a comprehensive scope ranging from sustainability business development to managing the SI footprint in operations as well as shaping and running processes for sustainability related reporting. All areas are strongly inter-linked and addressed “by the team as a team”.

You’ll break new ground by

working closely with the head of the SI Sustainability Team in a PMO-role across a broad variety of topics. contributing to strategic focus projects in selected sustainability topics depending on capabilities and experi-ence. running projects with stakeholders, performing interviews and research, setting-up and hosting workshops, structuring and presenting findings to top management including proposed ways forward. supporting the establishment of communities and fostering team development for joint progress across the organization.

Your success is grounded in

Education

+ Degree in Business Administration or Sustainability or similar

Experience & Skills

+ You have mid-term experience in industry-related sustainability transformation. + Ideally you have worked for a major management consulting company or for a sustainability-focused consultancy.
+ You are comfortable in collaborating with people across multiple levels and functions, you master interaction with top management.

Ways of working

+ You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills as a structured self-starter. + You like fast-paced, multi-national, interdisciplinary, and diverse environments.

Languages

+ Proficiency in German and English
