Your Responsibilities:

Collaboration on strategic projects in the area of operations and support for cross-functional initiatives Supporting global initiatives involving our subsidiary LIXIL International in Asia, Europe, IMEA, and America Working closely and communicating with your direct supervisor in both areas of responsibility, i.e., LI Fittings' manufacturing strategy and manufacturing in EUR and IMEA. In addition, maintaining close contact with stakeholders (management/executives) from other areas Preparation and implementation of market, competition, productivity, and feasibility analyses for decision-making purposes Support in defining and calculating business fundamentals Partner for the senior management team of LIXIL International Operations in discussing problems and structuring solutions Preparation of regular ad hoc reports, presentations, and meetings, as well as discussion of solutions at the executive board level

Your profile:

Completed degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study Several years of professional experience, ideally with practical exposure in a factory-related role. Professional experience in a large management consultancy in the field of operations or comparable experience Experience in leading project teams Very good written and spoken English and German is essential
