Your tasks


The PMO Specialist (m/f/diverse) provides operational and administrative support for the MFL PROMT Coach in implementing and communicating processes and best practices of Project Management within the Continental Tires Manufacturing & Logistics organization.


Your main tasks are:

Providing consistent project management guidance, methods, systems, tools, templates and metrics for consistent project outcomes throughout the organization in alignment with the PROMT Governance Team and the PROMT Coach Supporting the PROMT Coach with training and consulting of project managers and project team members ensuring that project activities meet operational excellence and project standards are upheld across the global Manufacturing & Logistics Tires organization Assisting project managers and project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of project activities and adherence to PMO standards Effective PMO communication across stakeholders, helping to maintain transparency, alignment, and engagement within the Manufacturing & Logistics Tires Organization Facilitating project kick-off workshops, strategy workshops etc.




Your profile


Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related fields or vocational training with working experience Solid experience in the automotive or comparable industries in the area of project management Profound experience in the area of training and facilitation Pronounced affinity to digitalization and IT-tools Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (written and spoken) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experiences in working in international teams
