Within the Chief Security Office (CSO), the Chief Technology Office (CTO) is responsible for the development of security solutions that enable the global CSO organization to identify and address current threats. In addition, the department is responsible for the implementation of the information security (IS) program for the bank-wide strategic cloud initiative.

As part of CTO you will lead a large transformation program in the context of our cloud transformation using innovative technology.

The Project Management Analyst provides support services for projects, project managers, project offices or program offices and helps deliver project tasks and ensures appropriate application of the project management framework. These services are provided to assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programs.

Your key responsibilities
  • Support the program management to plan and execute the different work streams, while ensuring to keep the risks, issues, and dependencies under control
  • Take responsibility for dedicated topics of the program management, e.g. stakeholder communication, business case, senior management reporting
  • Drive ad-hoc topics of overall relevance for the program, e.g. program impediments, complex deliverables that require management attention
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up committee meetings, e.g. Operational Committee, Steering Committee
  • Ensure timely and correct program reporting (status, risks, issues)
Your skills and experiences
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or comparable qualification
  • Multiple years of practical experience in end-to-end project management, including Agile methodologies
  • Experience in information security, Workday, dbClarity, SharePoint, MS 365, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) is a plus
  • Fluent in English, preferably complemented by knowledge of German
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of analytical and conceptual capabilities
  • Being self-driven and solution-oriented
