As Project Lead Software you have the project management responsibility for the development project, on which your teams are working

Teaming up with ambitious enthusiasts from multiple disciplines and backgrounds, you will perform all necessary tasks and provide the required documentation for bringing our innovative medical product to life

You always assure close communication with various stakeholders in and outside of the development program. In the role of Scrum Master, you will support, mentor and coach cross-functional development teams on their agile journey promoting continuous improvement as well as contribute with your ideas to our progress towards an agile organization

experience with software development projects and applied tools in \xe2\x80\x9cclassical\xe2\x80\x9d and agile process environments

experience with development for medical products

demonstrable qualification and min 3 years of professional experience as a scrum master in agile projects, ideally with a software focus

experience with complex project environments: cross project dependencies, multi-location cooperation, hardware dependencies
