\n We are a growing team looking for a Program Manager, Payment Operations in the Central Services department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin, Riga, Bucharest, or Wroclaw office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO \xe2\x80\xa6

As a Program Manager of payment operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing payment operations programs for our company. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments and the resolution of payment-related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring program performance and making recommendations for continuous improvement . In this role, you will \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Develop and manage payment operations programs, including payment processing, invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments and the resolution of payment-related issues
  • Monitor program performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement, such as identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the payment process or implementing new technologies to improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain program metrics and reporting to track program performance and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to payment processing, such as those related to data privacy or financial regulations
  • Manage the budget for payment operations programs and ensure adherence to financial goals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to payment operations and make recommendations for program enhancements or changes as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \xe2\x80\xa6
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, finance, or a related field
  • Experience managing payment operations programs or related financial operations
  • Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies or processes.
  • Strong project management skills, managing projects from inception to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems related to payment operations
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations or compliance requirements related to payment processing, such as those related to data privacy or financial regulations
  • Experience working with the Product team to utilize new ideas
