Your responsibilities and tasks:
GEA AHEAD stands for “AI for Human Empowerment, Automation & Digitalization” and is GEA’s global transformation program for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all units. As Program Management Officer for GEA AHEAD, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the organization. You support the AI Hub to foster collaboration and manage the program oversight.


Key Responsibilities

Program Oversight: Orchestrate the GEA AHEAD program in alignment with the company’s digital strategy, collaborating with workstream leads and reporting to the Chief Digital Officer. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment across teams. Meeting Moderation: Plan online and onsite meetings of the AI Hub and AI Board – Prepare & moderate the meetings as well as document action items and track them.
Your profile and qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital transformation or technology programs Basic understanding of data and AI technologies and their industrial applications. Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in business English; willingness to travel (primarily within Europe, ~20%).
