Your role and impact

Inspire and empower students in international business, entrepreneurship, intercultural communication and specialized topics related to the French-speaking world. Teach primarily at undergraduate level in French and English with the possibility to take over some classes at graduate level. Bring innovation to the classroom by deepening academic relations with our international partners. Contribute to the academic self-administration of the university. Make an impact through applied research and publications in specialist journals.

What we are looking for

A PhD in business administration or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international business, ideally in a French-speaking environment including at least three years in non-academic settings. Proficiency in French and English is required. While German language skills are not mandatory at the time of application, a willingness to learn German for everyday communication is essential to support your integration into both the university environment and the local community. Commitment to applied research in the field of your expertise, ideally demonstrated through recent relevant publications. A high level of didactic skills which have preferably already been applied in practice.
