Your responsibilities:

Teaching in English language in the field of Fundamentals and Business Applications of Data Science and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and LLMs - e.g. in Operations, Process Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Cybersecurity. Academic administration of the study program "M.Sc. AI in Business" including representation internally and externally Independent application oriented research in the field of AI in Business or related areas Acquisition of third party research funding Active participation in faculty and university administration Active networking in academia and business, participation in knowledge exchange activities, including projects, company visits, lab activities, and other means of collaboration. Contributions to a positive student experience and didactics related concepts and developments

Your profile:

PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant area Substantial experience in data science, analytics, and AI Practical experience in development and applications of AI tools in business contexts Proficiency in scientific work, usually demonstrated by the quality of the ? doctorate A strong track record in the application or development of academic findings and methods, gained during a minimum of five years of professional employment in a relevant field – at least three years of these five years must have been outside of a university environment in a relevant industry context. Proven track record of university level teaching ability and experience Excellent English language skills (C1 or equivalent) Intermediate (B2) German language skills or higher are a plus Fulfillment of the appointment requirements for professors according to §47 of the Higher Education Act (LHG) of Baden-Württemberg
