Aufgaben


Als Produktmanager Plasmatechnologie treiben Sie innovative Technologieentwicklungen für komplexe Produkte im Bereich des Maschinen- und Anlagenbau für die Plasmatechnologie voran und steuern diese Verantwortung für Maschinen- und Anlagen zur Herstellung von Leiterplatten, einschließlich Produktentwicklung, Markteinführung und Produktlebenszyklusmanagement Kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtung, -analyse und -bewertung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um strategische Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Produktentwicklung und Positionierung zu treffen Durchführung von Machbarkeitsuntersuchungen und die Erstellung von FUM-Matrizen zu den Anfragen unserer Kunden Leitung des Projektteams bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Neuprodukten sowie der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anlagen gemeinsam mit den Bereichen R&D und Engineering und externen Kooperationspartnern Erstellung und Abgleich von globalen Produktstrategien zu den Markt- bzw. Kundenanforderungen im Beriech der Herstellung von Leiterplatten Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Markteinführung, Kundenakquise und bei Schlüsselverhandlungen


Tasks


As a product Product Manager Plasma Technology , you will drive and control innovative technology developments for complex products in the field of machine and plant engineering for plasmatechnology Responsibility for PCB manufacturing machinery and equipment, including product development, market introduction, and product life cycle management Continuous market monitoring, analysis and evaluation in cooperation with the sales team to make strategic decisions regarding product development and positioning Conducting feasibility studies and preparing FUM matrices on our customers' inquiries Leading the project team in the conception and development of new products as well as the further development of existing systems together with the R&D and Engineering departments and external cooperation partners Creation and alignment of global product strategies with market and customer requirements in the area of printed circuit board manufacturing Support of the sales department in market introduction, customer acquisition and key negotiations Anforderungen an den Bewerber


Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Physik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement sowie in der Leitung von technologischen Projekten Kenntnisse in Plasmatechnologien, bevorzugt in Ätz- und Strukturierungsprozessen und/oder der Vakuum-Metallisierung (Sputtern) sind wünschenswert Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit zur Führung von interdisziplinären Teams im internationalen Umfeld Starke strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Hohe Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft, auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie weltweite Reisebereitschaft Requirements




Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics or comparable degree Professional experience in the field of product management as well as in the management of technological projects Knowledge of plasma technology, preferably in etching and surface processes and/or metallic deposition processes for the manufacture of printed circuit boards or semiconductors is desirable Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams in an international environment Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills Strong customer focus and willingness to respond to customer needs Fluency in written and spoken German and English and willingness to travel globally 38,75 Stunden pro Woche
