Ihre Aufgaben

Als Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die effiziente und qualitätsgerechte Produktion. Sie gestalten Prozesse aktiv mit und führen Ihr Team mit Engagement und Weitblick.

Ihre Tätigkeiten im Überblick:

Gesamtverantwortung für die zugeordneten Produktionsbereiche Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung Aufbau und Führung eines motivierten Teams Personalplanung, -einsatz und -entwicklung Verantwortung für Kostenstellen und Budget Investitionsplanung für Maschinen und Anlagen Analyse von Ausschuss- und Nacharbeitsursachen inkl. Maßnahmenableitung Reklamationsbearbeitung und Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen Marktbeobachtung zu Fertigungstechnik und Trends Steuerung von Aufträgen, Kommissionierung, Montage und Instandhaltung Sicherstellung der JIT/JIS-Anlieferung Koordination von Neuanläufen und Workshops zur Prozess- und Qualitätsoptimierung Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, FMEA, PLP und Prozessbeschreibungen Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Audits (z. B. IATF, EHS) Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsnormen Änderungsmanagement und Prozessgestaltung Organisation von Prozessabnahmen mit internen und externen Partnern Aktive Mitarbeit in Projektgruppen und Qualitätszirkeln

Ihr Profil

Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder vergleichbarer Funktion Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
