Your tasks


After intensive training, your responsibilities will include:

Operation, monitoring, and control of our production facilities Conversion and installation of various plant components (dryers, presses, furnaces, etc.) Setting the system parameters according to product specifications Ongoing visual quality checks Performing final inspections Documentation of relevant production data Continuous optimization of processes in the work area

Your qualification


You are a good fit for us if you have the following:

Technical understanding and interest in industrial processes High level of commitment and reliable, independent working style Awareness of quality and responsibility Flexibility and ability to work in a team Completed vocational training in the industrial sector is an advantage, or initial professional experience in production Willingness to work shifts

Your start with us, step by step


To help you get off to the best possible start, you will receive training in several departments, including:

Processing Presses Stoves Sorting

This will allow you to familiarize yourself with our entire manufacturing process and work with us to determine which area you feel most comfortable in.

working hours


We work in a rotating shift system (early, middle, night shifts, and weekends if necessary). As a family-run company, we place great value on collegial cooperation and flexible planning so that work and private life remain compatible.
