Your Responsibilities

Production Control:

You capture, plan, and manage production orders, taking into account the specific customer requirements in the automotive and supplier industry.

Capacity Planning:

You determine the available production capacities and take responsibility for work and capacity scheduling.

Scheduling Management:

In close coordination with production, you conduct rough and detailed capacity planning and monitor adherence to deadlines.

Process Optimization:

You analyze existing workflows and continuously optimize them to sustainably increase efficiency and quality.

Ihre Aufgaben

Fertigungssteuerung:

Du erfasst, planst und steuerst Fertigungsaufträge unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Kundenanforderungen in der Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie.

Kapazitätsplanung:

Du ermittelst die verfügbaren Produktionskapazitäten und übernimmst die Arbeits- und Kapazitätsplanung.

Terminmanagement:

In enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion führst du die Kapazitätsgrob und -feinplanung durch und überwachst die Einhaltung von Terminen.

Prozessoptimierung:

Du analysierst bestehende Arbeitsabläufe und optimierst diese kontinuierlich, um Effizienz und Qualität nachhaltig zu steigern.

Education:

You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training and bring several years of professional experience in the automotive sector.

Teamwork:

You enjoy working in a team, are cooperative, and possess strong communication skills.

Personality:

You convince through reliability, independence, and a healthy level of assertiveness.

Working Style:

You work in a structured and precise manner, with a strong focus on high quality.

Language Skills:

You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

IT Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a matter of course for you.

Ausbildung:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Automotive-Bereich mit.

Teamfähigkeit:

Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist kooperativ und kommunikationsstark.

Persönlichkeit:

Du überzeugst durch Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und ein gesundes Maß an Durchsetzungsvermögen.

Arbeitsweise:

Du gehst strukturiert und präzise vor und legst Wert auf hohe Qualität.

Sprachkenntnisse:

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. *
