Your Tasks

Customer Support

Act as the primary technical interface for customers using SUSS bonder equipment in Taiwan Provide pre-sales support: understand customer requirements, propose bonding solutions, and demonstrate equipment capabilities Follow up CIP between customers and SUSS BU to enhance product performance and competitiveness

Business Development & Sales Support

Support the sales team in customer engagements by presenting product capabilities and application know-how Identify new bonding opportunities in Taiwan region Assist in competitive analysis, product positioning, and proposal preparation

Your Profile

Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Zhubei (Taiyuan), Taiwan office.

Master’s degree in Engineering related field, such as Materials Science, Physics 3+ years experience of technical support job in semiconductor equipment, wafer bonding, or advanced packaging process is plus Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills Ability to work independently Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with HQ and customers
