Your range of tasks:

Developing and implementing the product strategy for the warehouse management system in close alignment with business objectives Collaborating with stakeholders to capture and prioritize market and business requirements and creating and maintaining the product backlog Creating user stories and product backlog items based on customer requirements and ensuring the added value of each development through data analysis and user feedback Working closely with the development team, participating in sprint planning, standups and reviews and clarifying requirements and priorities Managing escalations, coordinating incidents and driving continuous improvement by identifying and resolving systemic issues

What you’ll bring:

Completed apprenticeship in IT and/or logistics Several years of professional experience in demand or project management in the field of logistics Additional qualification or further training in agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Nexus) Strong communication and conflict management skills as well as a confident manner in challenging situations Ability to structure complex tasks, think critically and actively develop change processes Strong customer focus in the implementation of the required product backlog items Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
