The

Product Owner

within the Customer & Business Systems domain will be part of the PTx Digital Farming Solutions product management team and guide a customer-focused agile product team that is responsible for the development of Access & Licensing related topics.

Your Impact

You maximize customer value and align the team backlog with requirements from customers, dealers, and stakeholders You prioritize the product backlog independently, define user stories, and support the Product Manager in creating epics You facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews) and actively participate in them You coordinate collaboration with other Product Owners and global development teams to clarify requirements and dependencies You identify risks and obstacles early and take responsibility for release management and quality assurance You plan continuous improvements and maintenance, support product demos, and handle support requests

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in IT, including software development and agile methodologies Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with an independent, solution-oriented approach Communication and teamwork skills, along with experience in a global, complex environment
