Product Owner

in Berlin or Konstanz and help shape intuitive, scalable SaaS experiences that enable users to solve their data challenges independently and confidently.*

Who you are

User-focused:

You love uncovering the real needs behind user behavior and turning them into meaningful product solutions.

Strong communicator:

You enjoy coordinating and aligning internal and external stakeholders, including customers, engineering, UX, and product marketing.

Decisive

: You’re comfortable setting priorities and making informed decisions, even in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.

Product-experienced:

You’ve worked as a Product Owner on SaaS products, ideally in product-led growth environments.

AI-curious:

Experience using AI prototyping tools for ideation, validation, or requirement communication is a plus.

Language skills

: You’re fluent in English, our working language.

That's the job

Own the user-facing experience:

Work on the self-service side of KNIME’s SaaS product portfolio, with a strong focus on usability and impact.

Translate strategy into delivery:

Collaborate with UX and engineering to turn product strategy into shippable increments.

Empower your team:

Provide clear context, priorities, and direction to enable your dedicated development team to deliver outcomes.

Drive impact:

Own the roadmap, priorities, acceptance criteria, release planning, and measurement of outcomes for your product area.

Product discovery:

Gather, synthesize, and apply user feedback from multiple sources to guide product decisions.

Stakeholder communication:

Share product progress, decisions, and updates with internal teams and, where appropriate, external audiences.

Support when it matters:

Contribute to customer support if needed and take ownership of third-level issue resolution affecting your team’s area.
