As Product Owner Core Engagement Platform, you have accountability for our customer engagement platform core including the capabilities master data management, customer identity and access management and related integrations with focus on customer reference data flows. Your responsibilities are:
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, prioritize features, and ensure both business and technical needs are met
Oversee contracts and manage service delivery processes
Steer, decide, approve, manage and release value-driven changes on the platforms with our vendor teams
Define and communicate the vision, goals, and global roadmap for the digital capabilities you are responsible for, ensuring alignment with the customer engagement platform strategy, business needs and overall user experience
Support organizational change management by providing clear communication and create/manage with our vendors tool training support, and documentation
What you have to offer.
Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience with change projects including Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) systems, such as MuleSoft
Hands-on experience with global or U.S.-based rollout projects for Master Data Management (MDM) systems
Familiarity with Customer Identification and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, such as Salesforce Identity
Experience with Reltio or Veeva Network is highly preferred
Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
