As Product Owner Digital Asset Management & Omnichannel Engagement, you have accountability for applications which provide digital key capabilities for our commercialization teams globally. Key systems are Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Campaign Manager, Veeva Engage, Veeva Events. Your responsibilities are:
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, design solutions, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with both business objectives and technical demands.
Oversee contracts and manage service delivery processes.
Guide, make decisions, approve, and manage the implementation of value-driven changes on platforms in collaboration with vendor teams.
Establish and share the vision, objectives, and global roadmap for the digital capabilities under your responsibility, ensuring they align with the customer engagement platform strategy, business goals, and overall user experience.
Facilitate organizational change management by delivering clear communication, providing tool training support, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
Track system performance, address issues, and work with technical teams to maintain high availability, security, and compliance with IT standards
What you have to offer.
Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Several years of proven experience with Veeva systems as well as a strong understanding of digital asset management and omnichannel engagement strategies
Hands-on experience with global or U.S.-based rollout Projects
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize features, and align digital capabilities with broader organizational goals
Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
