Your responsibilities


Responsibility for product segments, market segments, customers, and regions, with a focus on new business development Coordination of exciting customer-specific development projects in various industries Implementation of strategic planning Price negotiations, market and competition analyses Responsibility for training and supporting sales staff as well as joint customer visits
Your qualification


A technical or scientific degree or doctorate (e.g., electrical engineering, physics, or similar) Ideally, several years of professional experience in a technically demanding environment with customer contact Self-motivation, decisiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking Prior knowledge in the field of power electronics or electroceramic components is desirable. Industry knowledge from the world of automotive suppliers is also beneficial. Fluent English skills and enjoyment in contact with international customers, business partners, and colleagues
