The Role:
As Product Marketing Manager, you are the bridge between our Product and Sales & Marketing teams. You translate our product capabilities into value-orientated messaging and use feedback from our sales team to shape messaging, collateral and give feedback to our Product team.
What you will work on:
Overall responsibilities include:
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis.
You will become the resident expert on our product, our market and our competition. You will be abreast of current industry trends, monitor competitor moves, gather customer feedback and synthesize insights that sharpen our positioning and inform product strategy. You will conduct regular competitive analysis, track market shifts and ensure our message stays relevant and differentiated.
Product Positioning
. You understand what sets our products apart from our competitors, crafting value lead messaging and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Content Creation and Asset Development.
You will produce the marketing materials that bring our products to life. This includes writing and designing product pages, crafting launch announcement emails, developing sales enablement decks, creating customer success stories and case studies, building competitive battle cards, writing feature comparison guides, producing internal training documentation and designing one-pagers for specific use cases or personas. You will own the quality and consistency of how we communicate product value across every touchpoint.
Go-to-Market Leadership.
You will own the end-to-end launch process for new products and major features. This means creating detailed launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), setting success metrics and ensuring every stakeholder knows their role. You will orchestrate campaigns across multiple channels; email, web, social events - to drive awareness and adoption. When launch day comes, you will have already aligned the entire organisation and built momentum needed for success.
Product Storytelling & Positioning.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand the technical capabilities and strategic vision behind each feature release. Your job is to answer the “so what?” question - translating functionality into business value and crafting narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will develop position frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and use cases that sales teams can confidently take to market.
What you will bring:
Proven experience in a previous role.
You understand the difference between marketing and product marketing and have proven examples of positioning work and product marketing campaigns you’ve deployed.
Excellent copywriting skills.
You have a natural flair for creating copy that brings to life the essence of a product and resonates with an audience.
Sector experience.
You’ve got a good understanding of the Channel Marketing Sector and understand the complex needs of our customers.
Hands on approach
. Experience of working in a fast paced, ‘all-hands-on-deck' environment would be advantageous.
Experience working in international markets.
Someone with proven experience in the US and EMEA markets would be strongly considered.
Fluent in English
with an understanding of basic German is desirable but not essential.
