Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be a driving force within our global Marketing team — owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales to build demand, accelerate product adoption, and turn our innovative deep-tech products into commercial success.


With a high-performing Marketing team at your side, you will help push the boundaries of autonomous data collection and establish Quantum Systems as the benchmark in AI-powered multi-domain unmanned systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Developing clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our products based on market insights and competitive differentiation Driving, developing and executing go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases in close collaboration with product management, sales, and the global marketing team Taking ownership within the global marketing team to develop campaign strategies and create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, website content, blog posts, whitepapers, and videos, that highlight the product’s values and use cases Supporting the sales team in effectively communicating through collateral such as sales decks, case studies, and product guides Conducting market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and analyzing the competitor landscape Supporting overall content creation by leading customer surveys and interviews

What you bring to the team:

3+ years of experience in the tech industry, particularly in a B2B environment is highly desirable Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner with technical aptitude to comprehend complex technological solutions Proficiency in various marketing disciplines, including market research, positioning, messaging, and campaign planning with strong customer focus Proactive and service-oriented working approach Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and drive product adoption and revenue growth Excellent communication skills in German and English, with an ability to explain concepts to facilitate collaboration and deeper levels of understanding across departments
