Your tasks

Management of end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of Trade-In and related products, with alignment of product vision, strategy, and roadmap to business and sustainability goals Coordination with internal teams and external technology providers and oversight of product definition, rollout, integrations, and ongoing improvements across markets Leadership of international and cross-functional projects and maintenance of strong alignment with the Senior Product Manager, technical departments, and business stakeholders Preparation and translation of detailed business requirements into actionable specifications and supervision of implementation through IT and delivery teams Provision of transparent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies and delivery of regular status reports and insights to leadership and project managers to support informed decision-making and delivery accountability Transformation of customer and market insights into ongoing product improvements and support for alignment and shared priorities between business and technology teams

Your profile

University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar Several years of relevant experience in managing global projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech Experience in managing international and cross functional projects and people management Analytical skills, commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results Project mangement skills Decision making, results-oriented Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn Perseverance and performance oriented Teamwork
