Align product development to business goals
Identify and achieve success metrics
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Drive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
Propose product strategy changes as a result of competitive changes in the marketplace
Conduct user interviews, incl. workshops, ideation sessions, round tables, etc.

Your profile
Experience managing a B2B SaaS product within FinTech/PropTech/ Financial services space, ideally
Demonstrable experience in defining, building, and launching high-quality customer-facing products
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Focuses on customer needs and leverages quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and drive decisions
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology
You're fluent in German and English
