The Product and Partner Management team, is responsible for the relation with the wholesale customers, regional and national ISPs. Our customers and their customers are the core of our work, UGG is a customer centric organization and our department is responsible to make sure they get what the need, in a timely and quality manner. We are also responsible for the End to End product and process definition, from commercial proposition, technical alignment to implementation with all internal and external areas. We have a central role in the organization as we manage and steer the needs of our customers, towards our internal departments, and assure the highest quality of service possible.

• Implementation of business processes (sales capture, ordering, construction, activation)
• Liaison and coordination of technical (IT, network) and commercial (marketing, commercial product manager) departments
• Business requirements for the development of IT systems
• Use knowledge to support IT from a product management/business perspective
• Ensuring product delivery in the UGG systems
• Providing technical training to the various internal stakeholders on the products.

• Successfully completed Master\'s degree with technical or business focus. Alternatively: successfully completed commercial training with professional experience in these areas
• Proven experience in analytical and conceptual skills, ideally in the telecommunications industry
• Customer-oriented way of working, strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking are among your talents
• Knowledge of protocol management and working with external partners, ideally in the telecommunications industry
• Proven experience in dealing with C-level customers, Technical knowledge of telecommunication platforms, products and technologies
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of all common MS Office applications.
• High willingness to learn as well as a confident and representative appearance towards the customer as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working with intensive customer orientation
