This role will be part of the Investment & Asset Management Tower for Group Technology (IT1.9), responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of all investment and asset management systems, applications, and platforms. The Tower manages the seamless transition of new systems or projects to steady-state operations and takes ownership of key business relationships, providing accurate metrics on uptime, issues, and resolutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
IT Product Manager
for core asset and investment management applications in the Alternative Assets area. Your main focus will be on customizing and operating the archiving and document management functionalities within SAP Real Estate and OpenText, while effectively utilizing appropriate underlying MR IT support structures.
Your job
Collaborating closely with the IT Product Managers and Business Product Owner in a shared responsibilities model
Managing business requirements and consulting business departments to fulfill business strategy, using market and technical innovation knowledge
Customizing and maintaining the archive functionality inclusive OpenText SAP DocuLink, the OpenText DesktopLink and related Workflows within the SAP S/4HanaReal Estate
Maintaining the Invoice Workflow functionality within the Insider smartFix
Planning and aligning product roadmaps with business departments based on target architecture, including necessary technical and security refactoring
Initiating projects and conducting implementation of change requests, planning and executing product releases, conducting sign-off procedures
Taking responsibility for the product costs and for management of external staff (including procurement and provider management)
Engaging the respective MR standard ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) for the services under your responsibility and usage of Service Now
Conducting SLA meetings with SLA reporting and consistent monitoring and analysis of the service quality and identifying potential areas for optimization
Escalating critical issues to IT-Management
Your profile
University degree, preferably in engineering / IT or similar qualification
Expert level in SAP S/4Hana, SAP ArchiveLink, OpenText SAP DocuLink, OpenText DesktopLink
Expert level in SAP Workflow and Insider smartFix
Basis level in SAP S/4Hana with focus on the SAP modules FI, FI-AA, RE-FX and MM
Advanced business knowledge of asset and investment management processes, especially in Real Estate and/or Alternative Assets
Experience with ITIL processes to collaborate with experts in infrastructure, operations, IT development and technical architecture
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Familiarity with analytical and conceptual design of complex application operation landscapes and IT architectures
Assertive, self-organized and proactive attitude
Goal-oriented and readiness to learn
Target-orientation and willingness to learn
Excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills
Fluent in German and Business English
