We are looking for you as a Product Manager - Channels & Resellers (m/f/d). For this role we are hiring based in Germany (or remote Europe-wide). Our office is in Berlin.

Your Day-to-Day Working With Us In This Role

  • You lead the development of Reach - our reseller ecosystem with automated channel integrations and a reseller network for our ticketing system.
  • You own the product roadmap for Reach.
  • You drive experimentation and feature development for the evolution of our channels, our management tools as well as.
  • You collaborate closely with our partnerships team who own the relationships with channels / resellers.
  • You perform statistical and user analysis as well as partner and customer interviews.
  • You specify product requirements and support the development teams all the way through to QA & launch.
We Are Match, If
  • You have ideally at least 3 years work experience in B2B/B2B2C product management in SaaS or eCommerce Knowledge of agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban).
  • You have a Technical skillset - you don’t need to be a developer, but need to have a good understanding of software development, especially in working with APIs and integrating cloud-based software.
  • You have strong analytical skills, conceptional thinking and a structured work approach Handling multiple stakeholder requests, while keeping the execution work and your team singularly focused on the current objectives.
  • You speak native level English.
  • Tertiary education in Business, Computer Science or related fields.
Extra Awesome, If
  • You have experience with marketplaces and app/extension ecosystems.
  • You are familiar with the online travel market, point of sale & entry management systems, staff management tools and accounting/invoicing software.
  • You have experience with UX design and product optimization.
  • You are a German, Italian or French speaker.

  • You will be reporting to Jan Thomas (CPTO).
