YOUR TASKS

You are responsible for the product portfolio assigned to you and continuously align it with market developments. To this end, you shape the product vision, define and pursue implementation strategies, create the product roadmap, and drive its implementation.
You develop company-wide go-to-market plans for your products and are responsible for the successful implementation of market launches, from support to the elimination of products in your portfolio.
You will independently develop market analyses (market segmentation, competition, customer interviews, business cases) and be responsible for the pricing and margin development of your products.
You will work with sales, customers, and aviation OEMs to develop requirements for new products and will be responsible for validating your portfolio.
You analyze the market, customer needs, contract requirements, and competing products. Your pre-sales support assists the sales team, and your product training sessions convey customer-oriented product knowledge to the sales team.
You are the gatekeeper for all engineering activities related to your products and have a significant influence on the prioritization of development activities.
You will work closely with internal and external interfaces such as sales, controlling, and customers. You will coordinate and be responsible for close and targeted communication with the various stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or comparable qualifications
Experience in international product management or sales in special mechanical engineering is an advantage
You have strong communication skills and a high level of customer and results orientation
Ideally, you have some experience in working with an ERP system, for example SAP
Good German and English skills complete your profile
You stand out thanks to your analytical thinking, your holistic approach to definition and decision-making, and your focus on solutions and customers. You manage complexity and parallel issues with your structure and organizational skills.
