What You’ll Be Doing

Own and drive the strategy

for the Line Components product area. Build and execute roadmaps that balance continuous improvement with long-term priorities. Identify opportunities for

cost efficiency

, margin improvement, and differentiation. Lead full lifecycle management to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and relevant. Work cross-functionally to secure alignment on priorities and support sound product decisions. Analyze product performance, cost structures, and market trends to guide strategic actions. Represent your portfolio internally with clear, data-driven insights and forward-thinking recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in product management or a commercial–technical role within industrial products, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to portfolio management. Proven ability to drive

operational excellence

, cost-down initiatives, and performance-focused execution. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction. Confidence in building business cases and supporting investment decisions. A relevant engineering or technical background combined with solid commercial insight.
