New Product Development, Product Modification and maintenance of product assortment
Focus: Reactive adhesive films for semi-structural and structural bonding applications for BU Electronics customers

Working time: Full-time
New Product Development, Product Modification and maintenance of product assortment
Focus: Reactive adhesive films for semi-structural and structural bonding applications for BU Electronics customers
- Development of new and/or modification of existing products
- Planning of experiments, evaluation of lab samples
- Scale-up of prototypes into pilot and production scale
- Presentation and discussion of results in team meetings
- Documentation of results and progress in product development
- Carry out feasibility studies in preparation of development projects or to answer basic technical questions
- Maintenance of product assortment, e.g. updating specifications and supporting in claim handling
- Support customer requests by application testing
- Cooperation with related functions in production sites, R&D, product management and sourcing
- Secure know-how by patent applications
- University education with a degree in the field of chemistry, engineering, chemical engineering or process engineering
- Work experience in industry and a strong technical understanding are desirable
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Quick perception, assertiveness and creativity
- Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working
- High communicative competence and ability to work in an international team
