As a Product Designer, you will turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences that make life easier for our users in the property management world. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand needs, explore ideas, and shape user interfaces from concept to final delivery.
What you'll do

Design new features and improve existing workflows for our B2B platforms in the property management area.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product owners, engineers, and other designers) to define problems, explore solutions, and ship intuitive interfaces.
Turn complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs with clarity and craft.
Bring user-centric thinking into every stage of the process, from discovery to delivery.
Contribute to the evolution of our design systems and cross-product coherence.
What we're looking for

4–5 years of experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably with B2B or SaaS products.
A strong portfolio showing complex flows, thoughtful problem-solving, and high-quality UI.
Familiarity or interest in the property management industry, or similar operations-heavy domains.
A proactive mindset: you care about the “why” behind what you design.
Proficiency in Figma, as it's our main design tool and we use it daily for everything from wireframes to prototypes.
Experience working closely with developers and product managers in agile teams.
Strong English communication skills; German is a big plus, especially when it comes to understanding user feedback or communicating with stakeholders.
