Your mission

Cross-Domain Project Execution + Lead cross-functional Wingcopter projects to meet timeline, budget, and requirement goals.
+ Manage integrated teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, service, certification, and sales.
Project Planning, Control & Completion + Plan and monitor project progress, quality, risks, and audits.
+ Drive issue resolution, lessons learned, reviews, and design releases.
+ Oversee prototype procurement, test tracking, and defect/risk management.
Leadership, Communication & Collaboration + Guide and motivate project teams; define roles and responsibilities.
+ Ensure clear communication and maintain project documentation.
+ Represent the project internally and with customers.
Financial Management + Deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets.
+ Manage budgets, profitability, cost tracking, and resource use.
Technical Development & Industrialization + Support high-level technical development and industrialization of drone solutions.
+ Lead variant management, benchmarking, and market/customer requirement analysis.
Customer Interface & Management + Support pilot projects and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Align customer requirements and timelines with project needs.
Organizational Framework Support + Contribute to improving organizational structures and processes.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical fields. 3+ years of experience in the aviation industry or a comparable technical industry. 3+ years of project leadership experience, guiding multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strong planning, coordination, and communication capabilities. High sense of ownership, structure, and accountability. Fluent English is essential, knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
