Procurement Systems Coordinator (f/m/d)

In this role, you won’t just support the day-to-day operations of our Coupa procurement system, you’ll be a key player in shaping smarter purchasing and invoicing processes across our European hotel network.

YOUR TASKS

Support the Procurement Systems Manager with daily administration of the Coupa system to ensure smooth operation
Assist with supplier onboarding and communication, fostering positive relationships with partners
Maintain and update user accounts, permissions, and approval workflows
Provide training and support to hotel teams and internal users on procurement tools and processes
Support the management of contracts, ensuring data accuracy and easy accessibility
Generate, analyze, and share reports to support procurement and finance decision-making
Monitor processes to ensure compliance and efficiency, flagging any issues to the Procurement Systems Manager
Keep accurate documentation of processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
----------------
Strong communication skills in English and basic German (both written and spoken)
Experience with Coupa or other procurement systems is a plus - a willingness to learn is essential
Confident Excel skills with the ability to organize and present data effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, approachable, and supportive communication style with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a positive team spirit
Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration within the team
