As part of our strategic expansion into Europe, Sedgman has officially opened its first European office in Frankfurt, Germany. This marks an exciting chapter in our growth as we support major critical raw materials projects. Our team is at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions that drive the energy transition across Europe.


To support this growth, we’re looking for a

Procurement Lead / Manager

to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.


As the Procurement Lead / Manager, you will be responsible for:



Manage German contracting forms (Dienstvertrag, Werkvertrag, ANU and others) for construction, installation, equipment, and services. Oversee equipment procurement across international markets. Coordinate bulk materials supply and installation, leveraging Hochtief’s global network. Engage with Sedgman-Hochtief Joint Venture (SHJV) subcontractors (engineering and services). Supervise site-based procurement teams. Drive supplier expediting, QA/QC, and logistics management. Manage Proprietary Equipment Supply (PES) after contract award. Act as primary procurement contact with the client. Support projects delivered on an EPCM contracting basis. Collaborate with German consulting subcontractors for EPCM-related services.

You are an experienced Procurement Lead / Manager with the following qualifications and background:



Proven experience in industrial plant delivery, including: + Equipment procurement
+ Construction and installation contracts
+ Services contracting
Deep understanding of German contracting forms and execution models. Strong leadership across multi-national procurement teams. Experience with EPCM delivery models. Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing capabilities. Fluent in English; German language skills highly desirable.
