Who You Are



You’re a seasoned VC investor with a strong track record in sourcing, leading, and managing early-stage deals. You know how to spot outstanding founders, close with confidence, and support startups as they scale. You are ambitious to take a leadership role, shape an innovative firm from within, and grow into a Partner role as identity. vc expands.



Tasks



Source & Evaluate Investments the most promising startups across Europe Lead Deals by structuring, negotiating, and executing investments end to end Support Portfolio Companies by helping founders scale and succeed Shape Investment Strategy by contributing to the fund thesis and direction Expand Our Network by building relationships with founders, investors, and the ecosystem Lead the Team by managing and guiding daily activities and priorities Engage with LPs by supporting fundraising and investor relations

Requirements



Must have 5+ years of venture capital experience with a proven track record Ability to source and lead deals independently from first meeting to closing Experience supporting founders with fundraising, strategy, hiring, or exits Board observer experience, board member experience is a plus Strong reputation and network within the European startup ecosystem Mentorship and coaching experience with junior team members ? Fluency in English, French or other European languages are a plus ? Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with an EU work permit required
