Skills, knowledge, experience required:
Higher secondary education with vocational training leading to technical certification and 3 years of relevant experience or secondary education with advanced training and 5 years of relevant experience; Experience in IT security operations, patch management, or system monitoring roles; Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, SIEM systems, patch dashboards).
Duties/role:
Monitoring and reporting on the patch compliance and security status of all IT systems and services; Using vulnerability management and system monitoring tools to assess compliance against security baselines; Verifying that approved patches and updates are deployed in line with policy and schedules.
