As a Engineer for Wafer Technology & Device Development, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge, learn from others, and contribute to the development of new ideas and technologies. You will also have the chance to mentor and guide junior engineers, helping to shape the next generation of industry leaders.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

Drive the process integration

of an advanced high voltage technology

Own the FEOL work package

for this development project towards qualification, considering also

FEOL-BEOL and FE-BE interaction

Solve complex technology challenges

with structured problem-solving methods

Closely collaborate with unit process experts, reliability & test experts, product engineering, product design

and other stakeholders Act within a

development project team across several front-end sites

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


A degree in

physics, material science, chemistry, electrical engineering

, with a focus on semiconductor technology

A minimum of 3-5 years experience

in semiconductor industry Experience in the

application of methods and tools for data analysis and processing

, as well as modern problem-solving and risk assessment techniques (8D, L6S, DOE, statistical methods)

Excellent communication skills
