RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unterstützung bei allen operativen HR Aufgaben von der Einstellung über die Betreuung bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden
Aktive Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Soziales und betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement sowie im Personalmarketing (Recruiting-Messen, Veranstaltungen etc.)
Mitwirkung bei den laufenden HR-Projekten
REQUIREMENTS:
Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Sozial-/ Geisteswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
