Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Du willst Recruiting und Employer Branding nicht nur kennenlernen, sondern aktiv mitgestalten? Bei uns bekommst Du die Chance, beide Bereiche aus erster Hand zu erleben – und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Als Praktikant oder Werkstudent (m/w/d) wirst Du Teil unseres HR-Teams und arbeitest an spannenden Themen mit echtem Impact.
Das erwartet Dich bei uns:Recruiting-Support: Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen, Screening von Bewerbungen und Koordination von Interviews Interviewprozess: Eigenständige Durchführung erster telefonischer Kennenlerngespräche Candidate Experience: Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen und Begleitung durch den gesamten Prozess Active Sourcing: Unterstützung bei der Direktansprache von Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn & andere Plattformen Employer Branding: Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Branding-Maßnahmen – online & offline Content & Plattformpflege: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Karriereseite sowie Employer Branding-Materialien Trend Scouting: Recherche zu neuen Trends in den Bereichen Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding Eventorganisation: Unterstützung bei Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Karrieremessen und Events Reporting & Präsentation: Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Präsentationen für verschiedene HR-Zwecke

Das bringst Du mit:Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, Pädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein sicheres Auftreten Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent – auch in dynamischen Phasen Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
