We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a leading international aerospace company, we develop, manufacture and test essential components for launcher programs such as Ariane, the U.S. Space Launch System (SLS) as well as commercial launcher systems, the Airbus fleet, spacecrafts, satellites and defense applications. Thanks to globally unique manufacturing technologies, we create high-performance products made of metal and fiber composites, such as large load-bearing structures and cryotanks, lightweight structures and fuel as well as pressure tanks that combine maximum performance with minimum weight. Your Tasks


You will create CAD models in the field of machining for aerospace structures with multiple clamping fixtures You will create test drawings in Siemens NX and occasionally also in Catia V5 You will create CAD models for 3D measurement technology and optical measurement and make them available You will collaborate on the development of PMI models in CAD and drive this process forward You will contribute to the digitalisation of work content and workflows You will participate in feasibility studies and develop suggestions for improvement for development projects – for example, in the field of hydrogen tanks. You will coordinate closely with specialist departments such as design, work preparation, measurement technology, manufacturing and NC programming You will be involved in defining fixtures and requirements that serve as the basis for equipment design

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering Good knowledge of design and manufacturing development, preferably of aerospace products and production engineering Very good knowledge of CAD (NX and Catia V5) PLM knowledge (ideally Teamcenter) desirable Good written and spoken English skills Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working Keen interest in space travel and new technologies (such as green hydrogen)
